CEBUANO Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighters Jimmy “Silencer” Yabo and Eugene “El Torrero” Toquero will try to end the miseries of Cebuano fighters in One Championships when they see action on April 24 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.

Yabo from Seldef MMA in Lapu-lapu City will fight fellow Filipino MMA veteran Edward Kelly in the undercard. The unbeaten Yabo is a veteran of URCC with his four wins all by way of knockouts.

Kelly sports a 5-2 (win-loss) card.

Toquero, meanwhile, will be facing an Indonesian newbie Brianata Rosadhi.  Toquero is a native of Alcantara town, Cebu. His One Championships debut was a successful one after he defeated Malaysian Gianni Subba last year via a unanimous decision.

Rosadhi has one win and one loss while Toquero has six wins with just one loss.

Victories have been very elusive for Cebuano MMA fighters in One Championships.

Cebuano MMA fighters namely Vaughn Donayre and Cary Bullos lost their recent battles One Championships.

One Championships 26: Valor Of Champions will feature the main event fight between welterweight champion Ben Askren and Brazilian contender Luis Santos.
