Miller finishes sixth overall in Xterra Asian Tour

CEBU’S Joseph Miller placed seventh in the final leg of the XTerra Asian Tour Championships in Langkawi, Malaysia last Saturday.
Miller, the lone Filipino off-road triathlete, aimed for a top three finish the finale last Saturday but came up short as he finished with a time of three hours, nine minutes and 21 seconds. He placed sixth in the previous two races of the series.
Miller finished sixth overall with 242 points after three races.
South Africa’s Bradley Weiss dominated the men’s pro division with a time of  while French Myriam Guillot topped the distaff side with a time of 3:05.56.
With the win Weiss secured the series crown for the men with 390 points while Jacqui Slack, who finished third in the last race, took the tour title for the women with 354 points.
