A 69-YEAR-OLD American was arrested for allegedly exploiting four minors inside a rented house in Solid Homes Subdivision, barangay Taytayan, Bogo City at 7 p.m. last Wednesday.

Harold Glover is the fourth foreigner arrested in Bogo City for trafficking minors.

He was caught with his pants down in front of two under aged girls by Bogo City police.

Police recovered condoms, cellphones, CDs and performance enhancing drugs from his possession. The girls are under the custody of the Cebu provincial government.

Glover was brought to the office of Vice Gov. Agnes Magpale this morning. Lawyer Noemi Truya of the Children’s Legal Bureau (CLB) said Glover has a Filipina looking for teenage girls for him.

The Filipina pimp is now in hiding. Police said Glover allegedly pays P1,800 to the girls for sex and P700 to P800 to touch their privates. The operation ensued after a previous victim stepped forward and testified before CLB.

The girl said she needed money to buy school supplies. Chief Insp. Richard Oliver, Bogo City police chief, said the suspect stayed in his rented home for five years.

He said it is possible he has been exploiting girls for sometime. Bogo City police secured a search warrant from Judge Jerry Dicdican of the Regional Trial Court branch 25 of Danao city.  The warrant was granted at 2 p.m. yesterday.

Truya said the suspect is detained at the Bogo City Jail. Glover will be charged with violating Republic Act 9208 or the Anti Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003, Republic Act 7610 or the Protection Against Child Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination and Republic Act 9775 or the Anti-Child Pornography Act of 2009.
