The Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the parents and relatives of the abandoned children.
A baby girl was left by a certain “Che” on Aug. 18, 2013 at the residence of Noel Seno in barangay Cogon, Bogo City, northern Cebu.

Another baby girl was left by a certain Shiela Mae on Aug. 10, 2003 at the residence of Avelino Arcenal on R. Palma Street, barangay San Roque, Cebu City.

The parents and relatives of the children are requested to visit social workers Grenadier Noel and Edna Regudo at the DSWD-7 office on M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Cebu City or call 4167516.
Failure of the parties to appear within two months will subject the children to abandonment proceedings at the DSWD central office.
