SunKai Land breaks ground for tower project

Developer SunKai Land, Inc. officially broke ground for SunVida Tower, its vertical residential project.
Work on the 30-storey tower project will start after the groundbreaking and will be completed in 2018, project manager Michael Estomata said.
Several other executives attended the ceremonial groundbreaking, including SunKaiLand senior vice president for operations Hope Melencion, Ideal Builders chief designer Arch. Karen Ong, Ideal Builders president Eric Ong, Vineyard Construction president Ramoncito Uy.
“We are optimistic that we can deliver on time and with good quality,” Estomata said.
SunVida Tower is located across SM City Cebu at Juan Luna Ave., North Reclamation Area.
