THE VOICE Kids Philippines Season One 1st-runner up, Darren Espanto dismissed gay rumors against him.
According to ABS-CBN News Online, ended the speculations about his preferred gender and that he know for himself that he is not gay.
“Nakakatawa sila because I know who I am and alam ko pong hindi po ako bakla,” he said.
The 15-year-old Kapamilya singer admitted that he found it funny how he is bashed online about the gay
rumors thrown against him.
“Syempre po sa social media, hindi naman po maiiwasan ang bash ng tao. You also have to think before you post syempre,” said Espanto.
The young singer joined the The Voice Kids Philippines Season One, where he finished second next to Lyca Gairanod.
