THE Central Command is placed under blue alert status in anticipation of the first State of the Nation Address by President Rodrigo Duterte.
Central Command chief Lt. Gen. Nicanor Vivar said he ordered the troops to monitor the president’s SONA so they will appraised of the government’s plans for the country.
Lt. Col. Luzmindo Mamauag Jr. said they are setting up a projector for a live stream of the president’s SONA at the Centcom auditorium.
“We are encouraged by our commander of Central Command to watch the first SONA of President Rodrigo Duterte,” he said.
