Hope and life emerge amid drug war deaths

A MEDAL AND A ROSARY. These are the precious gifts that Cebu Archbishop Jose  Palma gave to each of the  25 drug surrenderers who, after six months, cleaned themselves of drug addiction and graduated from the barangay-based drug rehabilitation program. The event was commemorated with a Mass officiated by Palma at the San Roque Parish in Barangay Subangdaku, Mandaue City.

Province to tap barangay health workers in drug rehab work
