A BURGLAR broke into a residential house in Barangay Tabunok, Talisay City, last Friday and stole P360,000 worth of jewelry and laptops.
Marjorie C. Bacalso, 49, reported the burglary to police after she found out that someone had broke into their house and had stolen a pair of earrings, a gold necklace, a wristwatch and two laptops.
Bacalso told PO3 Jason del Campo of the Talisay City police station that she left the house to attend the school activities of her child and got the surprise of her life when she found out that their home had been burglarized.
Bacalso said that the thief, who destroyed the front door’s door knob to enter the house, went straight to the bedroom and stole her things.
Police are still investigating the incident.
