Ex-PDEA agent nabbed on drug raps

Police arrested a former agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency for allegedly selling shabu to an undercover policeman in Barangay Calamba, Cebu City on Thursday afternoon.

Moises “Titing” Arriesgado, the number one drug personality of the Pardo police station, allegedly got his supply of illegal drugs from Jesryl Bacalla who was arrested with his wife in another operation where the police recovered P5.9 million worth of shabu.

Text messages from Mark Anthony Abay who was earlier arrested by police led to Arriesgado’s arrest. Arriesgado was detained at the Pardo police station pending filing of charges. He, however, denied selling illegal drugs.

“If I’m into that kind of business, I should have my own house now. I could not even buy a television for my two kids,” he said in Cebuano
