The volume of passengers arriving at Piers 2 and 3 of the Cebu International Port are still manageable as of noon Wednesday, the Philippine Coast Guard Cebu station said.

An unofficial assessment from Coast Guard officers showed that most of the passengers came from Bohol and Leyte.

Two fastcrafts from Tagbilaran, Bohol docked at the piers to unload Cebu-bound passengers at 5 am.
