IS JM de Guzman officially back with ABS-CBN?
Star Magic’s official Instagram account shared a photo of De Guzman last Tuesday, together with Star Magic boss Johnny Manahan, fondly called by his talents as Mr. M.
The photo caption reads, “JM de Guzman #StarMagicVisitorOfTheDay.”
The same photo was shared by De Guzman on his Instagram account yesterday.
He had a heart icon as his photo caption. It’s been almost two years since De Guzman last appeared in a project with the Kapamilya network.
He took a break from showbiz sometime in 2015 and has been with Self Enhancement for Life Inc., a therapeutic community approach which caters treatment for substance abuse and attitude disorders.
Last October, De Guzman shared a photo on his Instagram, saying that this December, he will be two years substance-free.
De Guzman’s last project with ABS-CBN was the afternoon series titled, “All of Me” in 2015 with Yen Santos and Albert Martinez.
He also starred in “Mula sa Puso” (2011), “Angelito: Batang Ama” (2011), and “Angelito: Bagong Yugto” (2012).
Last November 18, De Guzman shared a photo on his Instagram of his visit to the TBA Studios. TBA produced the blockbuster historical movie, “Heneral Luna.”
His photo caption reads, “Mr. Ed Rocha and Mr. Fernando Ortigas, thank you for the love and the strong support in my recovery.
You gentlemen saved my life. Thank you also atty joji (not in the picture.) Thank you so much..and sirs.. thank you for the movie offer.
Can’t wait. #lifesaver.” De Guzman starred in the hit 2014 film, “That Thing Called Tadhana” opposite Angelica Panganiban. He recently graced a product launch with Jennylyn Mercado.
