Talisay candidates join unity walk for clean and honest May 2019 election

LOOK: Candidates seeking different posts in Talisay City in the May 2019 election joined law enforcers and Commission on Elections personnel in a Unity Walk held at 8 a.m. today, February 12.

The walk started at the City Hall grounds and culminated at the Sta. Terese De Avila Parish where a Mass and peace covenant signing was also held.

Police Supt. Marlu Conag, chief of the Talisay City Police Station, and City Election Officer Atty. Gallardo Escubar Jr. organized the unity walk and covenant signing to ensure the conduct of a clean and honest midterm election. /Office of the Mayor, City of Talisay, Cebu
