THE Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) will continue with its yearly commitment to provide free potable water during the feast of the Señor Sto. Niño.
MCWD will give free water to the participants of the solemn foot procession this afternoon.
The water stations are located along Leon Kilat St., near Gaisano South; N. Bacalso Ave. across Cebu South Bus Terminal; V. Rama Ave. near USC South Campus and on Osmeña Blvd. fronting Nurses’ Home.
During the grand parade tomorrow, MCWD will be putting up 15 water stations along the parade route.
One will be on P. Del Rosario corner Don Pedro Cui Sts. and three on New Imus Road namely, in front of DepEd Bldg.; corner Lorega St. and corner San Miguel St.
There will be three water stations on Gen. Maxilom Ave. namely, across the old Sacred Heart School for Boys; corner San Jose Ext.; and in front of Jollibee across National Bookstore.
One station will be inside Fuente Osmeña Rotunda and seven will be on Osmena Blvd. namely, in front of the Nurses’ Home; in front of the Deparment of Health (DOH) 7; in front of Harrison
Park; across Camp Sergio Osmeña; in front of Silver Dollar Restaurant; in front of Bradford Church; and in front of Sony Service Center.
Parade-goers can easily locate MCWD’s water stations as booths with prominent signage will be put up.
