DILG Secretary Senen Sarmiento visits IEC venues

Interior Secretary Mel Senen Sarmiento on Tuesday inspected the venues of some activities for the 51st International Eucharistic Congress.

He was first briefed by Senior Supt. Jonathan Cabal, director of the Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) of the security measures implemented during the weeklong congress.

From the MCPO, he proceeded to the Mandani Bay at the Mandaue reclamation area where a Youth Day would be held on Thursday.

He was also expected to drop by to other IEC venues in Cebu City including the pavilion in Barangay Mabolo.
