Residents of Barangay Kawit, Medellin town arrested last Saturday a 30-year-old man they caught with two guns.
Residents overpowered Alfonso Edades, 30, and put him in the custody of habal-habal driver, Garry Landao, who turned him over to the police.
Edades was caught with a .38 caliber revolver and a homemade .357 revolver with three bullets.
Last Friday in Bogo City, police caught a man on a motorcycle with a hand grenade in a checkpoint in Sitio Malipayon, Barangay Guadalupe.
