Three of six cases against Fiscal Castro dismissed
THE Cebu City Prosecutor’s Office dismissed three of six cases filed by the Regional Special Operations Task Group (RSOG) against Asst. Cebu City Prosecutor Mary Ann Castro.
Castro will be facing trial on two charges of direct assault and one count of malicious mischief.
Three charges of grave coercon, grave oral defamation and resistance and disobedience to persons of authority were dismissed.
Prosecutor Simaco Labata made the decision which was then approved by Cebu City Prosecutor Liceria Rabillas.
Castro is expected to post bail later.
