On July 19, Saturday, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., get to know your desired weight and fat percentage with a complimentary total wellness check-up at the BTC lobby. From 3 p.m. to 5:45 p.m., enriching talks will be held every hour on the “Basics of Nutrition and Exercise For Optimum Health”, “The Benefits of Green Smoothies” by Mooshi and “Tips and Tricks: No Equipment Full-Body Work-out”. Cap off the day with a 20-minute exercise to blast fat at 5:45 p.m. Enjoy these activities for free.
