No sacking of CCMC employees: Mary Ann

Cebu City Councilor Mary Ann Delos Santos told the media that the city government has not terminated any employees of CCMC.

Cebu City Councilor Mary Ann said the city won’t terminate casual employees at Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC) as of now.

Delos Santos, deputy mayor for health services, said the city government practically rehired all casual employees specially nurses in CCMC.

She said the city is very careful on terminating employees specially on medical services.

There are 453 CCMC employees consisting of 166 nurses who are casuals, 16 doctors and 48 casual employees for the administration office.
