Capitol turns over mini ambulances, motorcycles

The Cebu Provincial Government turned over 12 mini ambulances to different barangays in the province on Friday morning.

Recipients were Barangays Casay, Talaga, Balisong and Bulasa in Argao town; Barangays Polog and Tilhaong in Consolacion; Barangay Manlapay in Dalaguete; Barangay Jaclupan in Talisay City; Barangay La Paz in Bogo City; Barangay San Miguel in San Remigio, Barangay Balungag in San Fernando and Barangay Daanlungsod in Oslob.

Each of the minivans, which were converted to mini ambulances, costs P204,500.

Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III asked the barangay captains to take care of the mini ambulances and use them for what it is intended for.

Aside from the mini ambulances, the province also turned over four Honda motorcycles to Mandaue City.

Barangays Guizo and Bakilid in Mandaue City received two motorcycles each.
