A 16 YEAR old boy was apprehended for driving his motorcycle without a helmet and license despite the road closure in Punta Engano for the Cobra IronMan Asia Pacific Championship in Lapu-Lapu City on Sunday.
The minor said he fetched a person to a nearby hotel. He said he was hesitant to do it at first. Police said the teenager drove inside the area and they tried to stop him but he resisted. The teenager said he was scared of the police which was why he didn’t stop at first.
