SOUTH City Homes in Barangay Tungkop, Minganilla successfully held its groundbreaking ceremony last July 28.
The groundbreaking ceremony was led by the M & E Family Realty Development Inc. president Mr. Basil Ting, Eugenia Ting, Donald Ting, Jocelyn Ting, Bernadette Ting, Alan Ting, Collin Ting, M & E’s marketing director Gloria Gonzales, Ethel Diane Go, Engr. Niel Rom, Archt. Richar Wee and Representative of Municipality of Minglanilla. The ceremony was also graced by some representatives from the Municipality of Minglanilla.
South City Homes is a prime residential community nested at a 1.5-hectare land. Their houses are priced from P4.8 million to P9 million. The subdivision is situated in a very accessible location, just meters away from the National Highway of Tungkop, Minglanilla. Being the fourth and the most recent housing project of M&E Realty Development, Inc, the high-end property will have 71 horizonal houses, featuring four contemporary designed homes.
According to M & E Marketing Director Gloria Gonzales, majority of their buyers are Filipinos working abroad, where a huge percentage is dominated by seafarers.
As per Engineer Neil Rom, the developers are looking after the quality rather than the speed of the development’s completion.
“Few model units will be completed eight months from now”, Engr. Rom added. Estimately, they are expecting to complete three model units on or before March 2017.
President of the M&E Family Realty Development Inc. Mr. Basil Ting added that, depending on the progress of their project, they might also broaden their housing project outside the city. For now, they are still looking for potential housing lands all over Cebu.
