Police identify cop’s cohort in mauling of truck driver

The Mandaue City Police Office (MCPO) identified the man who was with PO3 Renato Inot when he mauled and poked a gun at a truck driver.

Supt. Roberto Alanas, Mandaue City police chief, said the man wearing an orange T-shirt in the video was 45-year-old Aldelcos Sala Alonzo, a resident of Sea Breeze Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.

Alanas said they learned that Alonzo is Inot’s cousin. The two men had yet to surrender.
