THE Primary Group of Builders through School of Knowledge for Industrial Labor, Leadership, Service (SKILLS) signed a memorandum of agreement with JobStart Philippines to promote technical education among the Cebu youth sector.
Signatories of the said memorandum include Exequiel Sarcauga, Regional Department of Labor and Employment Director; Lilia Estillore, Department of Labor and Employment Tri-City Field Office Director; Paulette D. Liu, SVP for Human Resources and Administration of Primary Structures Corporation; and James Anthony P. Villalon II, HRD Section Head of PSC.
As of 2015, the project has targeted 3200 beneficiaries from over 14 Public Employment Service Offices all throughout the country.
JobStart Philippines is a partnership initiative by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment, Local Government Units, the Asian Development Bank, and the Government of Canada.
Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI) operates through SKILLS and advocates for skills education through Technical-Vocational courses in construction related trades and hospitality.
