A MAN was shot dead at a videoke bar by an unidentified man at B. Ceniza Street, Barangay Centro in Mandaue City at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday.
PO2 David Umambac, desk officer of the Centro police precinct, identified the fatality as Jimmy Vargas Jr.
“Last week, the victim had a confrontation with a group of men at Cebu International Convention Center (CICC),” Umambac said. Vargas was arrested several times for robbery.
