A LUCKY Persian guy is painting more colors to the life of model and actress Angel Aquino for a few months now.
In a recent TV interview, the 43-year-old actress admitted that she has been in a relationship with a Persian engineer since last year.
“We became friends. And then we became more than that,” said Angel.
According to the “Till I Met You” cast member, she met her boyfriend in Boracay last December 5, 2015, and hit it off right away.
In an interview with “Tonight With Boy Abunda,” Angel confirmed that her boyfriend is the mystery guy that she posted about on her Instagram.
“Taken 5December15. The stranger became some kind of a wonderful surprise,” Angel captioned the photo posted last May 6.
She happily shared during the interview that it was her boyfriend Farzad who took the selfie he posted.
“He took a selfie of us. That was the day I met him. That (photo) was in Boracay. And then we walked to the farthest end of the [beach]…” she said.
When asked about their real score, Angel was quick to reply that they started friends before the friendship became something more.
“Oh, yes (I’m in love)!,” Angel added.
Her boyfriend Farzad, who works as an engineer, is now in Qatar but will visit the country again soon.
On Farzad’s Instagram, there are several photos of him and Angel spending time together from February until May of this year.
The couple had visited Baguio and Bacolod with friends, aside from romantic dinner dates.
