Ex-cop nabbed for selling drugs

A former policeman was arrested for allegedly peddling illegal drugs in Barangay Day-as, Cebu City at past 6 am Monday.

Police seized P82,000 worth of shabu from the house of PO1 Edwin Cabibil. He didn’t resist arrest, said Senior Supt. Joel Doria, Cebu City police chief.

Cabibil admitted to selling illegal drugs to feed his six children.

Cabibil is detained at the Parian police precinct pending the filing of charges against him.
