A murder suspect was gunned down by two motorcycle-riding men last Wednesday afternoon in Sitio Casoy, Barangay General Climaco, Toledo City.
PO2 Joselito Genon of Toledo City Police Office said victim Roger Codia, 40, was standing at the roadside near their house when two riding-in-tandem masked men shot him several times.
Witnesses in the area said the perpetrators were riding a Black XRM motorcycle with no plate number.
It was learned during police investigation that Codia, who was a construction worker, was allegedly involved in murder but no case was filed against him because nobody stood as witness.
