ABOUT 102 video karera and moli-moli machines were dismantled at the Cebu City Police Office Monday morning.
Senior Supt. Noli Taliño, Police Regional Office chief, witnessed the dismantling of the machines that were seized in anti-gambling operations by the Cebu City police along with the Special Action Force.
