THE COLLEGE of Commerce (CoC) and Senior High School Department (SHSD) logged huge victories in the opening day of the University of San Jose – Recoletos’ (USJ-R) 32nd University Days and Intramurals yesterday at the USJ-R Basak Campus.
Former USJ-R varsity Fletcher Galvez scored a game-high 27 points to help CoC author a 93-67 rout of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS).
SHSD also put up an impressive performance in its 7-0 crushing of CAS in football.
CoC also logged a 4-1 win over the College of Information, Computer, Communications Technology (CICCT) in football.
SHSD, however, slipped against CICCT in basketball, 42-54. Guille Abellanosa led CICCT with 15 points.
Games will continue today with track and field action to be held at the Cebu City Sports Center.
