A PEDICAB driver became the latest in a growing list of surrenderers who died on the spot after being gunned down by motorcycle riding assailants at 4 am Tuesday.
Marlon Seno, a resident of Purok Camote, barangay Cambaro in Mandaue City, was driving his pedicab when the assailants came from behind and shot him on his left side.
Seno managed to run away before falling down the ground. PO3 Bryan Berenguer of the Opao police precinct said Seno surrendered to police back in July only to return to selling illegal drugs.
