A HOSPITAL aide of Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center and his common law partner were arrested in a drug bust at Barangay Talaga, Argao town in Cebu at 11 am Saturday.
Senior Insp. Weather Grapa, Argao police precinct chief, identified the suspects as 47-year-old Ponciano Mamugay and 37-year-old Marites Patican of Barangay Ermita, Cebu City.
Their accomplice Albert Ortega fled from the scene.
