THE SOUTHWESTERN University (SWU) Lady Cobras and the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R) Lady Jaguars moved a win away from their much-anticipated finals rematch as they survived separate opponents in the semifinal round of the Cesafi women’s volleyball tournament yesterday at the University of San Carlos (USC) Main Gym.

The defending champions Lady Cobras survived the gritty University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF) Lady Panthers, 25–20, 25–14, 16–25, 25–23.
