Inmate in isolation for escape try

Inmate Arnel Mait of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) is in isolation for having angered the inmates there.

CPDRC asst. jail warden Bobby Legaspi told reporters that a lot of inmates are angry at Mait for escaping from his cell last July since it cost them their visitation privileges.
