At least 15 structures were damaged by a fire which hit a residential area in Sitio HillSide in Barangay Talamban in Cebu City at noontime today.
Fire investigators were also looking for the whereabouts of two minors aged two months and four-years-old who were reportedly missing and were believed to have been trapped in one of the burnt houses.
Cebu City Fire Marshal Rogelio Bongabong said damage caused by the fire was pegged at P300, 000.
The flame started at the home of a certain Matia Llorag and spread to nearby shanties.
Bongabong said they are yet to determine the cause of the fire which was put out 26 minutes later.
