A SUSPECTED drug pusher is in critical condition after being shot by motorcycle riders in Mt. Manunggal Street, Singson Village in Barangay Tipolo, Mandaue City at past 9 pm Tuesday.
SPO1 Michael Lima-Lima of the Subangdaku police identified the suspect as Joseph Rata of Bacatan Compound in Barangay Tipolo, Mandaue City.
He was confined at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.
Rata was fixing a pipeline beside the road when the assailants arrived there and shot him several times.
Police found empty shells from a .45 pistol at the crime scene.
Rata didn’t surrender during an Oplan TokHang done in his area.
