A MAN who had just been released from prison three weeks ago was shot dead by one of three motorcycle riding assailants in barangay Lorega, Cebu City at past 1 am Tuesday.
The 33-year-old ex-detainee identified as Bryan Jumag was reportedly awakened by his assailant inside his home in sitio San Roque, Barangay Lorega.
PO3 Edario Nanatad, homicide investigator, said two of the gunmen went to the victim’s house and asked his common-law partner on his whereabouts.
One of them entered the room and shot Nanatad several times.
