A 37-year-old resident of A. Lopez, Sitio Cogon in Barangay Calamba, Cebu City was shot by his neighbor for failing to pay his debt to him Monday morning.
The Cebu City police’s homicide division said Rusty Dingil sat on the bench when he was confronted by his neighbor, a certain “Arman.”
Dingil refused to pay saying he had already given the money to someone else.
A furious Arman pulled out a gun and shot Dingil on his left leg and his right buttock.
He was rushed to the Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC) while his neighbor fled the area.
