ACTION continues in the second round of eliminations in the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) collegiate football competition today at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC).
Two games will be played with the number one team in the standings, the University of Southern Philippines Foundation (USPF), facing up against former champions University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJ-R), currently ranked third, at 1 p.m.
The other game pits the University of San Carlos (USC) against defending champions University of Cebu (UC).
USPF has three wins, a single loss and a single draw, while USJ-R has one victory, two defeats and a single draw.
Both teams met last Oct. 9 with USPF winning, 1-0.
USC, which also has a 1-2-1 (win-loss-draw) record, and UC played to a 1-1 draw in their first meeting.
