After last week’s tough 85-77 loss to the Guards, Recoletos Pilipinas snagged an 94-85 win over Pacubas Basak in the 11th Recoletos De Cebu Basketball League (RCBL) at the University of San Jose – Recoletos (USJR) Basak open gym Saturday afternoon.
Recoletos Pilipinas displayed a balanced attack as four players scored in double digits. Fr. Vicente Ramon and Lainel Reyes scored 12 points apiece while Fr. Nestor Raras and Ranel Embalzado made 10 markers.
Marlon Piano led Pacubas with a game high 31 points. Recoletos Pilipinas improved to a 2-1 win-loss record while Pacubas has yet to win in three games.
