UC grad in top 10 of Custom brokers exam

A graduate from University of Cebu (UC) was the lone examinee from Cebu who made it to the top ten of the November 2016 Customs Broker Licensure Examination.
Arnold Sortones Librado ranked third with an average rating of 91.75 percent in a result announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Friday.
There were 1,030 out of 2,022 who passed the examination, which was given by the Board for Customs Broker in Manila, Cebu and Davao earlier this month.
