ATHLETES and coaches of the Cebu City Niños underwent a strength and conditioning workshop Saturday at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC).
The workshop, conducted by Sports Physical Therapists Association of Cebu headed by renowned sports doctor Rhoel Dejaño, also taught the Niños how to prevent injuries.
The workshop was part of the Niños’ preparation for next week’s Batang Pinoy National Finals in Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
The program was initiated by the Cebu City Sports Commission (CCSC) led by Chairman Edward Hayco.
