More artists to be honored at the Walk of Fame Philippines this December

SINCE the passing of German Moreno, known in the showbiz industry as the “Master Showman,” January of this year, his son Federico Moreno has stepped in to continue the projects of his father, including the Walk of Fame Philippines in Eastwood Libis.

As the new president of Walk of Fame Philippines, Federico bared the official list of personalities who will earn their own stars at the Walk of Fame Philippines on Dec. 5.

The list was divided into six categories: movies, television, news and public affairs, radio, music and theater.

Actresses Liza Soberano, John Arcilla, Jennylyn Mercado and Angelica Panganiban will get their stars for the film category.

For the television category, they are Jodi Sta. Maria, Shaina Magdayao and Barbie Forteza.

Ted Failon, Luchi Cruz-Valdes and Susan Enriquez will be recognized for News and Public Affairs, while Eddie Ilarde and Manolo Favis for radio category.

Zenaida Amador will be acknowledged for theater while Pepe Smith and Willy Cruz will get their own stars for the music category.

The Walk of Fame induction on Dec. 1 will be hosted by Jackie Lou Blanco and John Nite.
