A burnt wreck (above, right) is what’s left of Kimberly Tiro’s Kia sedan, which was destroyed by fire at past 3 p.m. on Friday along S. Osmeña Road corner Gen. Maxilom Avenue at the North Reclamation Area in Cebu City.
