THE Eucharistic Healing Mass of Fr. Jose Maniyangat at 5:30 p.m. tomorrow, Dec. 16, at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart (Capitol) Parish will be telecast live at CCTN channel 47.
This is to extend participation of Catholic faithful who cannot be accommodated anymore inside the church.
Fr. Jose Maniyangat is a priest from Florida, USA, formerly of Kerala, India, who has become well-known for his Healing Masses.
For more than two decades, he has gone around the world for his Healing Masses, emphasizing the need of not just physical but most especially of spiritual and mental healing.
Bishop Dennis Villarojo, moderator of the team of pastors of Capitol Parish, has linked up with the Cebu Catholic Television Network 47 to cover live the Healing Mass of Fr. Maniyangat.
Bishop Villarojo explained that the church can only accommodate a limited number of people. Upon the request of many who wanted to attend but could not be accommodated anymore, he invited the local Catholic TV station to telecast live the healing mass.
Fr. Maniyangat will also be in the Diocese of Dumaguete for another Healing Mass on Dec. 14.
