HONDA Philippines Inc. unveiled its first-ever Honda Flagship Shop in the country last Dec. 20 at its dealership along Salinas Drive in Barangay Lahug, Cebu City.
The flagship shop boasts a spacious 325-square-meter shop area that has function rooms, a cozy customer lounge, a service center and a motorcycle-riding course.
Although some portions of the one-of-a-kind shop is still under construction, the facility is now fully functional with another grand launching expected next month.
The facility has a test course where riders can test ride their new motorcycles or try out newly released models. The indoor multipurpose function area can be a venue for motorcycle club events and gatherings. The customer lounge has a coffee shop for customers waiting for their motorcycles.
Biggest market
“We are very optimistic that this flagship store will cater to the needs of our valued customers,” said Honda Philippines Inc. President Daiki Mihara, who spearheaded the unveiling of the shop.
Also present were Honda Philippines Inc. officers Sunday Julaton, Jommel Jerezo and Jason Elises.
“We decided to put the first flagship store of Honda in the Philippines here in Cebu because this city, as well as the Visayas region, is one of the biggest markets in the country,” Mihara said.
According to a report in hondaph.com, flagship shops in Davao and Manila are expected to open in the first and second quarters of 2017, respectively.
Simultaneous with the unveiling of Honda Flagship Shop is the Visayas launch of the all-new Honda BeAT, the newest automatic transmission scooter from the Gen-S lineup designed to inspire the young, fun, sporty and stylish millennials with Filipino Exclusive Colors and Graphics.
