A man identified as a big time drug pusher in Carcar City was arrested by the Central Visayas Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA 7) in a buy bust operation early today.
Ramilo Dayon, tagged as a level 2 drug lord in the city, was nabbed with about two kilos of white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride), which has an estimated street value of P12 million, said PDEA 7 director Yogi Ruiz.
Arrested with Dayon were his two alleged cohorts, identified as Shiebert Lapinid and Strawberry Fernandez, who were present during the anti-drug operation at a pension house in Cogon Street, Barangay Poblacion I, Carcar City, located 40.3 kilometers south of Cebu City.
The suspects are now detained at the PDEA 7 headquarters in Cebu City.
