THE CEBU City Sports Commission (CCSC) is set to host a two-day training program for coaches in Cebu on March 25 at the Cebu City Sports Institute.
CCSC commissioner Allan Delantar told Cebu Daily News after a meeting on Tuesday night that they will be inviting top-caliber coaches from around the country to help with the program that aims to teach different coaching aspects such as values and attitude, sports ethics, sports psychology, strength and conditioning, sports nutrition, sports injuries and sports management.
He also said an international coach was invited.
“Actually, we are already in contact with one international coach but I cannot divulge the name yet because we will still have to confirm,” Delantar said.
