Rookie RR Pogoy from Cebu stepped up in the clutch and finished with a career-high 24 points on Friday night, lifting the TNT KaTropa to a come-from-behind 92-89 win over the undermanned Blackwater in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup eliminations at Smart Araneta Coliseum in Cubao.
