Former Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) player Ramon Fernandez who now sits as commissioner of the Philippine Sports Commission has filed libel charges against Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) President Jose “Peping” Cojuangco Jr. at the City Prosecutor’s Office on Tuesday afternoon.

Fernandez said that his complaint stemmed from the allegations that Cojuangco made against him during an interview with the Philippine Sportswriters Associations in Metro Manila last March 6, 2017.
